DESCRIPTION


The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office, in coordination with the Lebanon Veteran Administration Medical Center, is seeking proposals for a firm fixed–price contract to provide construction services for the Sterile Storage Improvements project at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The work includes all necessary tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision in accordance with project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, VA policy, and contract terms. The period of performance for this project is 300 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

All solicitation documents, specifications, and amendments will be available through the Contracting Opportunities site at SAM.gov. Interested parties must obtain all relevant documents and monitor the website for updates. Only firms that are verified as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in the VetCert and SAM databases at the time of proposal submission will be considered. The construction cost is estimated between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, and the procurement will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 15 procedures. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held, with details provided in the solicitation.
