The government authority in East Greenwich, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive statistical revaluation program development and implementation services. The scope of work includes the complete reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable real estate, land, buildings, and improvements within the town's corporate limits.
The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all property values are determined in accordance with the full and fair cash value standards defined by Rhode Island law, using nationally recognized assessment methods. The revaluation will encompass all taxable and exempt real estate, including public utility land and buildings, all mobile and manufactured homes, mobile home additions, trailers, beach cottages, and buildings located on both leased and non-leased land.
This contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
