DESCRIPTION

The State of Washington is seeking a vendor to provide a Statewide Market Development Platform that offers online support services and resources for innovators and communities engaged in waste prevention, reuse, repair, recycling, and organics management initiatives. The platform will host a Circular Accelerator Program featuring networking opportunities, technical and business development assistance, pitch development, and a culminating pitch competition.

The selected vendor will be responsible for engaging community voices and various partners to enhance the platform's accessibility and overall function. Outreach and communication efforts are required, including developing press releases, email messaging, social media content, and collaborating with complementary programs to maximize promotional opportunities. Special focus will be placed on engaging underserved and historically low-participation communities and recruiting potential partners to the platform.

The contract duration will be one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by April 22, 2026.
