The Delaware Air National Guard is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for a comprehensive statewide advertising campaign targeting high schools. The objective is to enhance brand awareness and support recruiting efforts among target-age demographics. The campaign will cover approximately 15-16 high schools throughout Delaware, focusing on consistent visibility during high-traffic athletic events that engage students, parents, and local communities.
The anticipated scope of work includes the provision of all necessary resources to design, implement, and manage a wide-reaching advertising campaign. Services required encompass digital advertising, specifically 20-second rotating digital ads displayed on indoor gymnasium scorer's tables during athletic events, as well as the production, placement, and removal of indoor and outdoor static banners sized approximately 3'x5' to 5'x6' in prominent locations. This notice aims to collect information from interested parties to inform the Government's acquisition strategy, including the potential for a small business set-aside.
