DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide admissions services for the state fair utilizing an integrated ticketing platform. The system must allow tickets to be sold online, in person at gates, and at the grandstand arena for night events. The admissions company will be responsible for vault management, including nightly reconciliation, overseeing daily and post-fair reports, and deposit management.

The platform should support print-at-home tickets that are scannable at entrances or gates, with customizable redemption rules such as date and time entry requirements, location specifications, and limits on number of redemptions. Vendors are expected to provide hard tickets or have the capability to support QR codes on existing tickets. Sales must be supported at box offices or similar locations with cash and credit card payments.

The ticketing platform must accommodate specials such as coupons, unlimited promo codes, and group ticket sales, and provide the ability to adjust ticket prices within events.
