The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering stand design, branding, and media coverage services for an agency exhibition in Zimbabwe. Key responsibilities include developing effective branding materials and signage that reflect the exhibition’s theme of localizing the agency. The vendor will be required to design and implement a comprehensive campaign strategy utilizing both traditional and digital media channels to promote the exhibition and its objectives.
Duties also include creating engaging content such as videos, articles, and stories, as well as conducting and coordinating interviews with key stakeholders, including exhibitors, sponsors, and community leaders. The vendor must monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement, and collaborate with media outlets and influencers to maximize reach. Deliverables encompass 3D signage, stand setup, a 2-meter LED screen, a campaign strategy document, and completion of interview videos ready for distribution. The contract will span one year.
