DESCRIPTION
The contracted vendor will assess the government's stakeholder group compensation program, focusing on evaluation of agency processes such as applications, initial budget assessments, preliminary determinations, and the evaluation of substantial contributions and final compensation decisions. The assessment will cover the program's performance, impact, and effectiveness over the period from January 15, 2024, to July 15, 2026.
