The state of Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive stakeholder engagement services focused on enhancing kinship engagement, family group planning, and related referral and transition processes. The selected vendor will be responsible for organizing both written feedback mechanisms and virtual listening sessions to gather input from diverse stakeholders.
The scope of work includes recruiting participants and implementing a structured 60-day process to solicit, collect, and synthesize stakeholder feedback regarding the progress of systemic improvements, with attention to trauma-informed, affirming, and culturally responsive practices. The vendor will analyze collected data, prepare a detailed written report, and deliver a presentation of findings. The planned contract duration is one year.
