DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide professional stagehand and production personnel services to support touring performances and special events. Services will be delivered on an as-needed, event-by-event basis, including but not limited to theatrical, musical, dance, and other live performance productions and festivals.
Selected vendors will supply experienced and properly trained personnel to perform a range of production services. Responsibilities will include load-in and load-out of touring productions, rigging assistance (both ground and overhead where permitted and qualified), scenic assembly and strike, setup and teardown of lighting, audio, and video equipment, lighting design and lightboard operation, Front of House and monitor audio mixing, fly operations, backline and instrument handling, stage setup, changeovers, resets, and handling of stage deck, soft goods, and drapery.
Production requirements will vary by event, ranging from minimal technical support to comprehensive full-scale touring production support. A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2026. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 26, 2026.
