The requester is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive stage and audio production services for large-scale events and community celebrations. These events are designed to unite residents, offer equitable access to live music, commemorate national celebrations, and promote arts and culture, attracting over 20,000 people annually and earning award nominations.

Audio requirements include a medium ground-stacked consumer-scale PA system with full-range speakers or a mini line array and subs, delivering consistent sound coverage over 6,000 square feet, along with full-range monitors and a 32-channel digital mixing console capable of remote mixing from a tablet. Stage provisions must include a Stage Line mobile stage or an equivalent solution—full specs must address weight capacity, electrical compliance, and presenter requirements—featuring wind walls or a drape kit, space for two 8'x8' risers, and suitability to support both a flown line array and branding packages. Lighting specifications call for a front wash array ensuring full-stage coverage and a suitable lighting console with all necessary DMX splits, cabling, rigging, truss, and accessories.

The contract will span a one-year period.
