A government authority in Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide professional instruction and coordination services for the administration of the STABLE Program. This program involves the management and care of horses, and potentially other livestock, within an instructional environment.
Key responsibilities include delivering horse riding and horsemanship instruction, as well as assisting with curriculum development aimed at fostering prosocial interactions among youth participants in partnership with child welfare and law enforcement professionals. The selected provider will offer guidance to at-risk youth on animal care, supporting both educational and developmental outcomes for participants.
