DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide spring campus carnival services for an event scheduled on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 11am to 4pm. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering attractions and rides for attendees to enjoy during the carnival.
Services must include the complete delivery, setup, and breakdown of all carnival equipment and attractions. Staff should be available onsite during the event to address any operational issues that may arise.
