DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for organizing a sports visitor program designed to foster thematic exchanges that advance program objectives. This includes integrating with established youth sports camps and creating tailored camp experiences to maximize meaningful interaction among participants.

The program must achieve a balanced approach by offering both on-field sports training and off-field activities such as workshops, community service, and cultural experiences. Additionally, the vendor will be tasked with initiating special projects to commemorate America's 250th anniversary and major sporting events.

Comprehensive orientation sessions, effective media and communication strategies, and robust alumni engagement and follow-on activities are integral components of the program.
