A government authority in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide sports officials and assignor services for county leagues and tournaments. Responsibilities include coordinating the assignment of qualified, certified, and background-checked sports officials, as well as supplying scorekeepers and sport supervisors for all county league games and events. The selected vendor will also be responsible for offering instruction, training, and certification to all sports officials, with training encompassing proper mechanics, the player code of conduct, and league-specific rules and regulations as set by the county.
Further duties involve ensuring the training and certifying of officials, performing payroll services for the sports officials, and maintaining compliance with all relevant requirements for league operations. The contract is set for a period of two years. There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on February 20, 2026, and questions must be submitted by February 27, 2026.
