Quotes are due by April 1st, 2026.

Award of contract will be made within 90 days of quote receipt.

Successful bidder must return executed documents, certificates of insurance, and bonds within 10 working days of Notice of Tentative Award.

The City will issue a Notice to Proceed promptly after contract execution.

Work must be completed within a total of 60 consecutive calendar days from the official date of Notice to Proceed.

The government authority in San Francisco, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide sport court resurfacing services. The project entails milling and applying an asphalt overlay to approximately 9,750 square feet, covering one full basketball court and two half basketball courts. Existing posts, backboards, hoops, and nets will remain in place.

The resurfaced basketball court should match the color scheme of new San Francisco Recreation & Park Department courts, featuring US Open Blue for basketball play, US Open Green for out of bounds, and white lines with specific markings. The project requires thorough cleaning of the court surfaces, including removal of soil and vegetation, identification and spot-leveling of low areas, crack and gap filling, and installation of a new colored acrylic surface and playing lines.

Work also includes removal and replacement of specified nets, posts, and footings for tennis courts, with the installation of new components where needed. The contract period is for one year.
