SUMMARY

Tyndall AFB seeks maintenance and support services for their Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Tape Library systems, including 24/7 technical support and OEM-level service.

DESCRIPTION

Tyndall Air Force Base is seeking hardware and software maintenance and support services for its existing Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Tape Library systems. The services required include comprehensive 24/7/365 technical support through phone and web portal, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting, repair, and system restoration to ensure continuous and reliable operation.

Contractors must be able to provide firmware and software updates or upgrades, facilitate next business day parts replacement, and deliver on-site support when necessary. Access to proprietary diagnostic tools, technical data, and system updates is essential to maintain full operational capability of these mission-critical data storage systems. The contract is expected to cover a base term of one year with four additional option years. Due to the proprietary nature of the system, this procurement is being considered for a sole source award to Spectra Logic Corporation, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), as OEM-level access is required for the scope of work described.
