A special notice has been issued regarding base access prequalification procedures for participation in a construction site visit related to the Touchdown 08 Replacement (TD-08) Project. The government anticipates conducting the site visit on or about April 9, 2026, with the solicitation expected to be published by March 30, 2026. Interested companies are required to submit a prequalification application package to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to be considered for base access.
Companies may nominate up to two personnel to attend the site visit. Jordanian citizens must include a color copy of their national ID and relevant business registration, while non-Jordanian participants must provide a color copy of their passport. All application packages must be submitted via email by 10:00 AM EST on February 9, 2026. Companies that successfully complete the prequalification process will receive further details about the site visit. Only those meeting the base access requirements will be permitted to participate.
