DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support for special events, including stage setup, sound production, and stage rental services. Responsibilities include the pick-up of the city’s stage from its storage area, complete setup and striking of the stage, as well as transporting the stage back to storage following the event.

Additional requirements include the rental of panel stages and a larger stage (approximately 33’ x 20’) for selected events, as well as providing professional sound production and power at these events.
