DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive crowd management services for special events, commencements, speaker engagements, live concerts, and sporting events at various venues including auditoriums and sports arenas. The vendor will be responsible for safeguarding patrons, staff, performers, athletes, and venue property throughout all event phases.

Pre-event responsibilities include developing customized security and crowd management plans tailored to specific event risk profiles, attendance projections, and venue layouts. This involves conducting site walkthroughs for risk assessments, coordinating with venue management and public safety agencies, and briefing all personnel on event-specific protocols.

During events, the vendor must ensure effective access control, entry screening, ticket and credential validation, patron flow management, and interior security patrols. Personnel are expected to respond to incidents, manage emergencies including medical and evacuation situations, and maintain a visible deterrent against disturbances or unauthorized activities. Post-event, the vendor will control venue egress, secure all areas, and submit detailed incident reports documenting any issues and staff response.

All vendor questions must be submitted by March 26, 2026. The contract term will be for one year.
