Special Event Planning and Management Services

The City of California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive special event planning and management services. The scope of work includes the development of event branding and marketing materials, such as digital graphics for social media, website headers, email banners, and a range of approved digital and print promotional assets.

The selected vendor will be responsible for cultivating and managing media partnerships and sponsorships, as well as coordinating all aspects of event collateral. This includes procuring and distributing materials such as programs, wristbands, signage, and giveaways essential for event operations. Additionally, the vendor will handle the design, production, installation, and removal of all event signage, ensuring effective identification, direction, and sponsor recognition across the event space.

The role also encompasses the coordination and management of specialized event features, such as an evening fireworks or drone show. Interested vendors should be prepared to oversee all facets of event infrastructure support and demonstrate experience in orchestrating large-scale public events.
