Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide turnkey rental services for special event amenities in support of a major international sporting event. The required services encompass the rental, delivery, setup, servicing, and removal of crowd control barriers, evaporative (swamp) coolers, portable restrooms, and chain–link fencing. The chosen vendor will also be responsible for site restoration following the event.
To ensure seamless event operations, all equipment must be event-ready, which includes being clean, safe, and fully functional at all times. The vendor is expected to maintain daily uninterrupted operations, quickly clearing setups between games as needed. A 24/7 on-call contact is required for the duration of the event to promptly address any issues. Coordination with agency operations and facilities staff is necessary for planning layouts, scheduling, and handling contingencies. Prospective vendors should be aware of the mandatory pre-bid meeting and the submission deadline for questions.
