The selected contractor will be authorized to utilize a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to complete application reviews efficiently. All mandated trainings must be completed through the web-based professional development platform, SuccessFactors. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for tracking time spent on each application in increments of no less than fifteen minutes, with longer work periods recorded in actual total time and shorter periods rounded up to the nearest fifteen-minute increment.
