DESCRIPTION


A comprehensive digital evaluation platform for special education is sought to support school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, school social workers, special education teachers, and academic evaluators. The required platform must provide access to a variety of assessments, including cognitive or intellectual, academic achievement, speech and language, and social-emotional or behavioural evaluations.

The platform should offer digital administration and scoring, automated interpretation, and multi-assessment reporting. It must function on tablet or web-based devices and allow multi-user access. The contract period will span one year, and all pre-bid questions are to be submitted by May 6, 2026.
