The Navy Recruiting Command is seeking a vendor to provide advertising services for the Spartan Race event series, scheduled from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This initiative aims to support the Command’s contract attainment objectives through active participation in SpartanRace, Inc, leveraging these high-visibility events as strategic opportunities to demonstrate the Navy's commitment to excellence and to engage audiences aligned with its values.
The Spartan Race attracts tens of thousands of attendees per event, with 60 to 70 percent falling within the Navy's target recruitment demographic. The selected vendor will execute a wide range of services and outreach initiatives, including digital, email, and social media advertising. Key deliverables include sponsor logo placements on Spartan Race event pages and across the Spartan.com website, dedicated spaces on the partnerships page with custom messaging or offers, pre- and post-race emails featuring the sponsor, one-month sponsorship of the Spartan Weekly Recap with a presenting banner, activation-driven Instagram stories for each race, and one sponsor representative appearance per term on the Hard Way podcast.
These efforts are intended to enhance public awareness of the Navy and strengthen recruitment outcomes by leveraging the substantial reach and engagement of the Spartan Race event series.
