DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide on-premises installation and ongoing support services for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) space planning data management software. The solution must include software assurance subscription maintenance and comprehensive configuration services, which encompass preparing and uploading drawings and data, system configuration, developing reports and dashboards, defining business rules, testing, and full implementation covering the entire portfolio.

The scope also involves integrating space data management systems with several third-party applications, including a Human Capital Management System, Azure Identity Management, Parcel Tracking System, Asset Management System, and additional integrations with platforms such as MS Outlook, Atlassian, JIRA, and custom applications. The software must support Single Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based data access. It should facilitate space data and people data management, notifications, and support both the creation and export of reports.

Vendors will be responsible for ensuring ease of integration with specified systems, managing space type hierarchies, and providing training and support for users throughout the implementation process.
