The Albuquerque Area Office of the Indian Health Service is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the provision of a Hospital Inventory Management System for the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico. This request is issued for market research purposes and is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations.
Vendors are invited to express interest in supplying, installing, and supporting a hospital-grade inventory management software solution. The system must enable tracking, managing, and organizing inventory levels as well as generating lists for orders and deliveries. The solution should include all necessary equipment, installation, training, service, ongoing maintenance, licensing, and software updates to support long-term use.
Vendors are asked to provide relevant company information, proof of registration within the System for Award Management (SAM), their Unique Entity ID (UEI), business size classification, and details regarding their socioeconomic status, including but not limited to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman–Owned Small Business (WOSB), or other small business categories. Alternative but relevant NAICS codes will be considered if justified by the vendor.
