SUMMARY

USACE Jacksonville District seeks capable vendors to supply heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and incidental services across Florida and Georgia for future projects under a BPA.

DESCRIPTION

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and related incidental services for projects across Florida and Georgia. The intent is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) allowing for the procurement of materials on an as-needed basis by issuing Call Orders.

Vendors will be responsible for sourcing and timely delivery of construction materials for various civil works and construction projects within the designated states. Deliveries must reach specified project sites within five business days of award, and all materials are subject to inspection to ensure they meet the required quality standards. This Sources Sought serves as a preliminary market assessment and does not guarantee a subsequent procurement action. Interested parties are encouraged to respond by providing the requested information to demonstrate their capability and availability.

The Government seeks to determine the range of capable vendors, including small businesses under the applicable NAICS codes. This process will inform future procurement planning by assessing the vendor landscape within the regional construction supply sector.
