Sources Sought for A-E Services - Engineering & Construction Design IDIQ

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, is conducting a market research effort to identify qualified sources for forthcoming Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for multidisciplinary Architectural-Engineering (A-E) services. This initiative seeks to assess the capabilities of businesses, with a focus on supporting small business participation in categories such as Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Certified HUBZone, Woman-Owned, and Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned. Firms of all sizes are encouraged to respond, providing documentation of professional registration, relevant experience, personnel qualifications, project examples, and customer feedback to demonstrate their abilities.

Work under these contracts will primarily support engineering and construction design projects within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, including the Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Huntington, Louisville, Nashville, and Pittsburgh Districts, with a particular emphasis on the Huntington District. The scope encompasses planning, design, and related services aligned with the civil works mission. Services sought are multidisciplinary in nature and may include, but are not limited to, structural, civil site, relocations, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Contractors will be responsible for their own design products and may serve as the designer of record or Design-Build RFP preparer for each assigned project.
