Sound and Stage Production Services

The City in Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive sound and stage production services for city events. The scope of work includes supplying all necessary audio equipment, a covered portable stage (at least 20’x24’ with steps and skirting), and professional labor for event setup and teardown. Stage setup may be required on various surfaces, such as grass and pavement, and should accommodate special circumstances for specific events, such as setting up under a track tent for the Labor Day Arts Festival.

Required services include providing monitors and mixers with power amplifiers for entire bands, sound boards with effects, front-of-house speaker systems, subwoofers, microphones, and appropriate stands. The selected vendor must supply at least one experienced audio technician, one stagehand, and handle all transportation logistics, including a generator to power the equipment.

Vendors are expected to demonstrate professionalism by delivering timely service, maintaining respectful interactions with performers, staff, and attendees, and ensuring high-quality sound and stage production for each city event.
