DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Elkton, Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide solid waste environmental compliance and operations assistance services. The selected firm will deliver timely, cost-effective, and technically sound solutions aligned with the county's needs and applicable regulatory requirements.

Comprehensive engineering services are required to support a wide range of solid waste management projects, facilities, and operations. Key tasks include landfill and transfer station operations, permitting and related reporting, environmental monitoring and compliance, landfill gas collection and control operation and maintenance, leachate management, and stormwater/erosion and sediment control inspection. Additionally, vendors will be responsible for conducting aerial survey and volume analysis as part of operational oversight.

Interested vendors must submit questions by April 2, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2026.
