The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point is planning to award a sole source purchase order for the renewal of annual intranet maintenance licenses with SQBox Solutions Ltd. This agreement supports the West Point Health Service Area (WPHSA) by providing ongoing maintenance and support services for the internal homepage platform, licensed under Contract# W911SD–23–P–0002. The contract will encompass a 12-month base period from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026, with two additional option years extending coverage until November 30, 2028.
SQBox Solutions Ltd. is the exclusive developer and provider of these proprietary maintenance licenses. The manufacturer owns the trademark on the server infrastructure used for the WPHSA’s intranet platform and does not authorize or train third parties for maintenance or support. Utilizing non-authorized service providers would risk voiding the warranty on the intranet system and equipment. As a result, only SQBox Solutions is considered capable of fully meeting the government’s requirements for this specialized intranet maintenance service.
