The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss is conducting market research to identify qualified providers for a Software Training System Service, specifically a Synthetic Small Arms Simulation System. This effort aims to enhance the training of soldiers in combat marksmanship and cognitive skills at McGregor Range in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
