The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a three-year renewal of software license maintenance services for its power system analysis software. This renewal covers the existing LADWP software license, serial number LADWP–3, and aims to ensure continued, uninterrupted support and functionality.
The scope of services includes comprehensive software maintenance, granting LADWP access to the help center, free version upgrades with the ability to download the latest releases and service packs, and unlimited technical support. Additionally, the maintenance agreement will provide access to prerelease and beta versions of upcoming products and upgrades. The vendor may also facilitate participation in sessions and panel discussions from the Digital Innovations Conference.
Vendors with a proven track record in software license maintenance and technical support for power system analysis applications are encouraged to participate.
