A healthcare organization in California is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver software evolution, repair, and support services for Philips Central Monitoring, Telemetry, and Patient Monitoring equipment. The vendor will be responsible for performing all necessary software updates and repairs, as well as supplying loaner devices to maintain continuous monitoring capabilities.
The contractor shall ensure comprehensive reporting to the facility, including detailed measurements of completed software evolution services and ongoing contract performance throughout the duration of the agreement. In addition, the vendor must maintain a 24/7 customer support center, offering technical and clinical assistance by phone or remote connection at all times. Access to a subject matter expert must be guaranteed daily from 8am to 8pm to resolve complex issues and provide specialized support as needed.
