DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide a secure, scalable, and user-focused software development platform tailored for Platform One's value streams and support streams. The solution must operate within a modern Agile and DevSecOps environment, leveraging automated CI/CD pipelines and industry-standard practices to ensure robust integration and operational efficiency.

The project involves side-by-side mentorship for Airmen in the Platform One Software Development Flight, fostering knowledge transfer of agile methodologies, modern software development practices, and adaptation to new programming languages. Vendors will align with Platform One's Program Increment planning cycles, manage dependencies, maintain coherent roadmaps and backlogs, and deliver regular reports and demonstrations to ensure transparency and mission success.

Mentorship will also encompass identifying necessary training for Airmen to be successful in their current and future roles, further advancing their technical and professional growth in alignment with industry standards.
