DESCRIPTION

The client seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive software delivery strategy services. The engagement will begin with a detailed assessment of current software delivery capabilities, covering processes, tools, organizational structures, governance practices, and readiness to support hybrid on-premise and cloud delivery environments.

The scope includes designing a future-state operating model and developing a clear transition plan to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable software delivery. Key focus areas are infrastructure, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure as code, IT service management integration, technical debt management, interoperability across multiple technology scenarios, end-to-end delivery lifecycle artifacts, release calendar and feature flag governance, tooling standards matrix, and data delivery improvements.

The contract period is one year, and stakeholders are encouraged to submit any questions by May 6, 2026.
