The solution will centralize, automate, and optimize fixed, mobile, and cloud communications inventory, invoice processing, auditing, and cost allocation, with a focus on tracking and managing telecommunication expenditures across the state.
The TEM system must be fully hosted and accessible through modern web browsers, without the need for desktop client installations. Key features include a unified repository for telecom assets, management of MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) orders with automated inventory updates, and integration-ready export capabilities for the State accounting system.
