Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system. The solution will centralize, automate, and optimize fixed, mobile, and cloud communications inventory, invoice processing, auditing, and cost allocation, with a focus on tracking and managing telecommunication expenditures across the state.
The TEM system must be fully hosted and accessible through modern web browsers, without the need for desktop client installations. Key features include a unified repository for telecom assets, management of MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) orders with automated inventory updates, and integration-ready export capabilities for the State accounting system. The platform should support advanced reporting tools for custom report generation and scheduling, as well as automated mapping of individual call records to employees and cost centers for accurate chargebacks and accounting. Ongoing technical support must be available via phone, email, or a ticketing portal during standard business hours.
