The government authority in Kansas seeks vendors to provide softball tournament services for the 2026 season at the Envisat Softball Complex. The service period covers March 1 through October 25, with tournaments scheduled primarily on Fridays from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, or as otherwise indicated on the official schedule of fees.
Interested providers must indicate the estimated number of participating teams and include the organization's bid price per game within their proposal. Note that park operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and no games may be scheduled after 9:00 PM unless prior approval is obtained. A one-hour grace period for games running over scheduled time will be allowed for tournament providers.
