DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive social media strategy and management services supporting economic development social channels. Responsibilities include developing a unified social media strategy aligned with the organization's brand architecture, establishing content pillars for various venues and programs, and creating a structured posting cadence strategy.
The provider will also be tasked with setting up and managing the Google Ad Grant, offering staff training for its effective use. Integration of SEO considerations into content strategies is required, and close collaboration with the design team will ensure the development of compelling graphics. The vendor will create content meeting funder requirements, such as logo placement and proper tagging, and facilitate content review and approval processes.
Additional responsibilities include working with a web design consultant to align content with SEO goals, coordinating social campaigns with Toast ordering and delivery platforms where applicable, and optimizing bio links and call-to-action funnels. The scope may cover video production inclusion or exclusion as needed. The contract period is for one year.
