The agency seeks a vendor to provide ongoing social media reel production and content services. The selected party will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering recurring social media reels throughout the year.
Content deliverables include short-form videos that promote downtown events, merchants, and Business Improvement District (BID) initiatives. The vendor will produce event-focused reels aligned with the agency's annual event calendar, as well as organic reels that showcase local merchants, district improvements, seasonal changes, and other relevant stories. Each month, the vendor must provide two to four organic reels highlighting community topics and supporting consistent communication of agency messaging. All reels must adhere to a coordinated brand look and feel determined by the agency.
