A vendor is sought to provide a social media monitoring system and analytical dashboard platform for tracking communal relations and tension narratives within the social and online media landscape in Lebanon. The platform must deliver real-time data on critical issues such as sentiment prevalence and timing—including responses to current events—identification of key influencers and top publishers, access to historic topic and keyword data, and reveal reach, volume, and engagement trends over time. Additional features should include breakdowns by source type, top locations or countries of mentions (where available), and analysis of the most engaged content within a defined period.

The required solution should support extras like tagging, translation, AI-assisted clustering of topics and narratives, manual sentiment adjustments (where applicable), and distribution of search results. The tool must consolidate social media data from diverse sources—including X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, selected news sources, and any compatible platforms—offering users the ability to search real-time data with custom keywords and Boolean strings. A configurable dashboard should present analytics and search results for any search or topic, visualizing mentions, reach, engagement and sentiment trends, top publishers, top mention locations, clustered topics, and highly engaged content.
