The county seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive social media marketing and website development services in support of its tourism initiatives. The selected partner will be responsible for implementing a data-driven program to increase tourism visitation, enhance brand awareness, and drive economic impact. Key tasks include developing, enhancing, and maintaining the county’s tourism website with a focus on modern UX/UI design and mobile responsiveness, and offering Content Management System (CMS) training and support for county staff.
The scope also includes producing original content for blogs, newsletters, and influencer collaborations to amplify the county’s brand, as well as preparing monthly dashboards detailing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI analysis. Vendors are expected to recommend optimizations based on data and provide a robust social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and X. Multichannel campaigns will extend across print, digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms, incorporating geo-targeting and audience analytics for maximum reach. Additional requirements include conducting market analysis, audience segmentation, and competitive benchmarking, alongside establishing measurable goals and KPIs for all campaigns.
