The U.S. Government is conducting market research regarding the procurement of social media management services, particularly seeking capabilities from qualified small businesses. Contractors will be expected to use social media management software and industry best practices to build and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across key social media and web platforms. Tasks include creating high quality content, managing online communities, executing targeted digital engagement, amplifying success stories, sharing timely updates about various community services and activities, introducing the brand to target audiences, influencers, and stakeholders, and tracking follower engagement to bolster brand awareness, loyalty, and recruitment.
Additionally, contractors will manage the production of welcome videos and detailed infographics, integrating these assets into a communications plan to position JBLM as the premier CONUS base. Respondents should demonstrate experience in social media and graphic design work performed within the past three years, specifying whether their work was handled in-house or through subcontractors. All interested parties must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for consideration and submit their qualifications by the specified deadline.
