The procuring organization seeks a social media management and reporting platform to support content creation, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and analytics across multiple social media channels. The platform must support Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially additional channels.
Required capabilities include the ability to compose, schedule, and publish content, including images and video, across 15 managed social accounts spanning Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn Company pages, and personal accounts. The solution must also provide comprehensive reporting tools for brand sentiment analysis covering both direct mentions and keywords, content trend monitoring over time, campaign performance, post performance, audience insights, and tracking when content is shared, tagged, retweeted, or referenced by media publications.
