The selected vendor will handle the day-to-day management of the organization's social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). Responsibilities include scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content, community management, and delivering basic analytics and performance reports. Additionally, the vendor will manage the organization’s website, which is based on Drupal, by performing regular content updates, publishing, and working to enhance SEO performance.

For donor care support, the vendor is expected to provide operational assistance during peak periods and staff absences, including holidays. Duties involve responding to donor inquiries by email and other communication channels, managing interactions with an external call center, and ensuring all donor communications adhere to the agency’s standards. The contract for these services will span one year.
