The organization seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive social media, digital marketing, SEO, website enhancement, email marketing, and word-of-mouth services focused on driving new student recruitment and supporting the retention of current cadets. The selected provider will be responsible for leveraging multiple digital marketing strategies, including content creation consultation for website landing pages to support both paid campaigns and organic SEO initiatives.
The vendor will maintain and support all major social media platforms—such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and blogs—ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement. Recommendations for landing page creation or enhancement to improve conversions, including UX/UI refinement and strategic copywriting, are expected. Basic analytics and KPI analysis for paid campaigns, engagement rates, and conversions will be required, along with consulting on broader website improvements related to navigation, user flow, and content strategy.
Additional responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across search engine marketing, paid social, retargeting, YouTube ads, Google Display Network, and email retargeting platforms. The contract also encompasses ongoing content evaluation, creative direction, optimization, and training services to align with annual enrollment and retention goals. The contract period is three years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
