This RFP seeks a vendor to provide social media coordinator services for a one-year contract in New Jersey. Responsibilities include presenting monthly social media reports with Instagram insights and engagement metrics, attending weekly creative advertising meetings, and ensuring consistent messaging across social, printed media, and the website.
The coordinator will manage paid advertising accounts, create event links, and handle the Visit Keyport Facebook and Instagram pages with regular lifestyle and business-themed posts, as well as event content. Keyport Business Facebook and Instagram accounts require similar maintenance, including weekly features of businesses according to a set rotation. The coordinator will also oversee a Business Owners Private Facebook group and handle agency social media comments in a timely manner. Content development in text, photography, and videography is expected throughout the contract period.
