DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive social media, communications, and public relations services to strengthen the district's ability to inform, engage, and support the community. The consultant will supply approximately 10 hours per week of communication, public information, and engagement services.
Responsibilities include content development and scheduling across District platforms, social listening and monitoring, and engaging with community comments and inquiries. Additional tasks involve video, photography, and audio production for events, projects, and announcements, as well as audio content for digital and social media messaging.
The scope also encompasses media outreach and coordination, website content creation and updates, analytics, and crafting messaging frameworks, talking points, fact sheets, flyers, brochures, and mailers to support District initiatives.
