DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive social media archival services for its public affairs and community engagement division. The selected provider must enable secure, delegated access to all authorized social media accounts—including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram—and retrieve archive data directly via an Application Programming Interface (API). This API must allow for live-streaming data capture to ensure real-time archiving of records, including the retention and tagging of edited and deleted posts.
The scope includes archiving up to 15,000 new social media records per month, supporting multi-user access for various departments, and providing robust search and export functionalities. The vendor must also offer customer and technical support during regular business hours and conduct initial remote training for division staff. The contract term will be three years, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
