The agency is seeking a contractor to provide social media and web support services, focusing on analysing and recommending effective web media strategies and technologies to enhance communication and media outreach. The contractor must be reliable and assist the agency daily in identifying, formulating, developing, and preparing comprehensive recommendations for process improvement in public affairs for both immediate and long-term needs. This work aims to enable COMNAVSURFLANT to provide continuous, effective information dissemination to targeted audiences globally and stay current with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities include providing graphics design and visual information products for public affairs materials, web pages, and social media platforms. The contractor will also deliver on-site videography and photography coverage for fleet operations, command events, and other approved activities. Design work will feature both basic and advanced graphics, including 3-D rendering and animation, as well as integrated video editing with graphics and animation sequences.
